Frequently Asked Questions

While we always try to get our products to your counter as quickly as possible and often ship just a few hours after receiving your order, please allow and expect 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (for Thailand).

We ship with various different carriers based on the shipping speed selected during your checkout process. For Bangkok, we are use Lalamove for shipping. For upcountry or outside Thailand country, your order will be shipped either via Thailand Post or Kerry.

We currently offer three different shipping options, listed in order from slowest to quickest:

  • Bangkok: 1 Day Shipping (via Lalamove)
  • Standard: 3-5 Day Shipping (via Thailand post or Kerry)
  • Expedited: 1-2 Days Shipping (via Thailand post or Kerry)

We currently receive payments by Credit card, Bank Transfer, and Paypal.

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund .

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If your refund requires the return of an item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale items.
