Instruction
Step 1: Stir warm water and honey together in a bowl until honey dissolves. Sprinkle yeast over water mixture and let stand until the yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Mix Sacha Inchi Flour , Flaxseed, Wheat gluten, Salt, Sweetener, and Xantangum together
Step 3: Stir butter and egg into yeast mixture.
Step 4: Add all ingredients into Bread machine. Waiting about 2 hours. Let’s Eat
Note : (For Oven Machine)

Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours.

Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes, until it’s mahogany brown; a digital thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf will read 165°C
